The battery compartment for the 9 volt Handheld enclosure is capable of holding a 9 volt or 2 AAA battery making it ideal for portable remote control applications, IR and RF changers, handheld keypads, and LCD displays. The 9 volt configuration will accommodate a 2.15W x 2.15L PCB board and the non-battery base configuration accommodates a 2.15W x 3.51L PCB giving you the maximum real estate available for your electronic components. These cases are injection molded in white or black ABS 94HB, RoHS compliant plastic. As a versatile off the shelf project boxes they may be ordered with or without holes and openings for your specific electronic device.
