What file format is needed for part design or CNC modifications?
PDF is best for 2D drawings. 3D CAD models should be submitted as STEP files. If you only have a sketch ask about our in-house, quick turn ability to help you generate drawings and models. What file format is needed for pad printing?
Native Adobe files are best, preferably Illustrator or Freehand. These will allow us to quickly generate the clichés and pads used to imprint your logo and or artwork onto your enclosures. What is the quickest turn time we can achieve to meet short time to market requirements?
New Age strives to keep each of our enclosures in stock so they may ship next day. CNC modifications and pad printing / decorating will typically take 3 to 4 weeks but rush charges may be discussed with your representative to expedite certain orders. What materials are our enclosures molded in?
White and Black ABS 9vHB however we can do a custom run in almost any resin required to meet your specific program requirements. Are your enclosures ROHS compliant?
All boxes molded in our standard ABS are ROHS compliant. Is our work done in-house or oversees?

Yes. A PMS (Pantone Matching System) or CMYK # are the preferred call outs, but a color swatch may also be provided to match resin for custom color enclosures or for match ink needed to match the colors of your company logo for pad printing. Can you send me a sample?
Due to the large number of requests we are unable to send out samples. New Age enclosures have a $50 minimum order to cover processing costs or distributors like Mouser Electronics capable of shipping out single items. What volumes can you handle?
From 1 to 1 million+. Pricing up to 5,000 is available on line. For higher volumes and possible custom tooling for lower pricing please contact your representative. I need a size I don’t see on your website, may I get a custom enclosure molded?

While it is not possible to move the location of the existing bosses we are able to supply the cases without bosses to open up alternate mounting options in the exact locations you require.
